Disrupting the Future of Well Pads

Well Pads, Revolutionized

PadX logo

Flexibility meets unparalleled functionality and efficiency in our PadX turnkey well pad solutions. Our lean manufacturing approach and innovative design are targeting up to 50% reduction in capital costs.

Scovan began the development of PadX with a proven Zero-Base well pad design that has been the result of improvements and field-based iterations over the last 10 years. By starting with a modular, proven base design, through integrating AI technology and collaboration through PadX Partnership, Scovan has created a templated well pad design that can be used for various assets and oil sands reservoirs.

Modules are manufactured on spec and maintained in inventory to provide agility to the industry, along with true standardization. PadX is driving a true manufacturing approach to well pad projects where we have considered the entire life cycle.

> Targeting the lowest cost design in industry

> The same base platform can accommodate multiple pad configurations

> Less on-site maintenance, easier access to equipment

Future Proof

> Plug and Play “Cassettes” can be swapped out or added at any time

Reduction in Structural Steel

Targeted Reduction in Cost

Reduction in Field Construction Timelines

The PadX Partnership offers the ability to standardize well pad designs, allowing us to leverage engineering, fabrication, and supply chain efficiencies. This leads to reduced project costs and start to finish cycle times, while providing flexibility to accommodate future production methods.
