Scovan is pleased to welcome Prateek Bhatnagar, P.Eng., PMP, to the team as a Project Manager.
This marks a return to Scovan for Prateek, who previously worked with the team as a Project Engineer in 2013 and 2014. Since then, he has built more than 15 years of experience in engineering and capital project delivery across the mining, energy, and gas processing sectors.
Prateek’s background spans the full project lifecycle, from early-stage conceptual development and pre-FEED through detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
Over the course of his career, he has successfully led capital projects valued up to $80 million, managed multidisciplinary teams, and implemented governance, risk, and change management programs that drive reliable and efficient project outcomes. His experience includes major plant upgrades, infrastructure modernization, and reliability-focused initiatives — all delivered with a strong commitment to safety and execution excellence.
Prateek holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered Professional Engineer with APEGA and Engineers & Geoscientists British Columbia. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
In his role at Scovan, Prateek will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver complex energy projects with clarity, discipline, and a focus on performance. His experience across EPCM environments and his ability to align technical execution with project objectives will further strengthen Scovan’s project delivery capabilities.
