Olivia McMurray, P.Eng, Process Engineer 

Olivia is a professional engineer with nine years of industry experience in thermal facilities, well pads, conventional projects, and emerging technologies. Driven, organized, and deeply passionate, Olivia consistently delivers. Her motivation and strong sense of accountability ensure that projects are handled diligently and carefully. Olivia is a team-focused, supportive, collaborative colleague who is always ready to lend a hand. Her empathetic nature allows her to connect with others effectively, and her work ethic is evident in her performance. Embracing our core value, Figure it Out, Olivia approaches problems with a solution-oriented mindset. 




Riley Smith, P.Eng, Project Manager 

Riley has over six years of engineering experience in the oil and gas industry in Western Canada. His willingness to support colleagues and internal initiatives makes him a valuable team member. Riley’s positive spirit, even amidst challenges, is inspiring. A natural problem-solver, Riley adeptly breaks down complex issues and understands the importance of individual expertise and team collaboration. This balanced approach and strong analytical skills were key to his recent promotion to Project Manager, where he continues to thrive. 




Martin Hegg, P.Eng., PMP, Project Manager 

Martin has led various energy projects, including designing and constructing new facilities and optimizing existing ones. Beyond his keen attention to detail, strong leadership, and exceptional organizational skills, Martin cultivates an environment where every team member can thrive. He invests in the well-being and professional growth of each individual on his team. Both junior and senior colleagues benefit from Martin’s guidance and support. While Martin demonstrates all of Scovan’s core values, his infectious positivity and Good Vibes and Great Energy stand out. 




Dusshayen Moodley, Mechanical Designer 

Dusshayan exemplifies the qualities of a strong, reliable team member. His dependability and efficiency provide a solid foundation for project success, and his pride in his work ensures a focus on quality. In addition to his core skills, Dusshayen’s attitude adds enthusiasm to his team’s dynamic. His learning process and readiness to take on new challenges indicate strong potential for growth within the company. Dusshayan’s consistent performance and forward-thinking mindset make him a key contributor to Scovan’s ongoing success. 




Harry Han, E.I.T., Project Engineer 

Interacting with Harry is always a positive experience. Colleagues often remark on the light, motivated feeling they carry away from conversations with him. Tasks assigned to Harry are consistently completed accurately and efficiently. His desire to support his peers is a significant asset to his team’s dynamic. Over time, Harry has become a dependable resource, naturally evolving into the “go-to” person for individuals of all disciplines. Stephanie De Maio, E.I.T., Civil Engineer 

Stephanie is a dedicated, hardworking individual with experience in client relations and technical engineering. Her adventurous spirit and willingness to embrace new challenges allow her to navigate projects successfully. Stephanie’s collaborative nature helps create a positive team environment. She has an upbeat attitude and approaches every task with enthusiasm. Her accelerated learning and growth highlight her potential. Stephanie’s strong work ethic drives both her individual success and the collective achievements of her team. 




Rene Cen- Wong, Intermediate Procurement Analyst 

Rene is a team player who always elevates those around him by offering support whenever needed. He’s the person who instinctively lends a hand, shares knowledge, and celebrates the success of others. His positivity and infectious enthusiasm make him the embodiment of Good Vibes, Great Energy. Rene holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from the University of Calgary. 




Connor O’Flynn, E.I.T., Electrical Engineer 

Some people have a natural ability to cut through complexity. Connor is one of them. His calmness is not a sign of passivity. It’s focused energy directed squarely at the challenge at hand. Connor has experience in electrical design and procurement for SAGD facilities and well pad sites, supporting projects from conceptual design to field construction. With a practical Figure it Out mentality, he tackles elaborate problems head-on, transforming them into opportunities for innovation. Connor’s quiet confidence and decisive action position him as a future leader, lighting the way for Scovan’s electrical team. 




Luc Dean, Assembly 

In just one year at Scovan, Luc Dean has embodied our core value of Work Hard with remarkable consistency. He understands that success involves focused effort and a willingness to seek knowledge. Luc’s first year highlights the potential that arises when passion is paired with perseverance. 




Lukas Conway, C.E.T., Project Manager 

Lukas has over seven years of experience in design, manufacturing, and construction. He has worked on projects from initial design to field support, gaining valuable experience managing tight timelines and large projects while maintaining client satisfaction. Lukas demonstrates qualities that are essential for our continued success: curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn. He listens first, absorbs fast, and contributes meaningfully. Lukas’s dedication is evident in his effort and desire to elevate his performance and support the team’s objectives. While relatively new to Scovan, his capabilities signal a bright future. In terms of our core values, Lukas most closely aligns with Work Hard. 




Takoda Dennis, Assembly 

Takoda joined the Scovan team a year ago and brings a fresh perspective to the assembly crew. Stepping into a new professional landscape, Takoda has quickly proven to be an asset. Good Vibes, Great Energy permeate all Takoda’s interactions. He’s able to inject optimism into any situation, making every collaboration smoother and more enjoyable. 




Alok Kumar, MBA, CSPO, PMP, Product Development Manager 

Alok has over a decade of experience leading agile teams to deliver innovative products. He specializes in managing product lifecycles and developing strategic roadmaps that align with organizational goals. Alok’s arrival on the Innovation team brought a fresh perspective shaped by his background in product development. He consistently strives for excellence in the present while maintaining a clear vision for the future. When faced with the complexities of PadX, Alok dove right in. He quickly learned and delivered outstanding results. Alok exemplifies our core value of Figure It Out. His mindset and determination to turn challenges into successes make him invaluable to Scovan. 




Cody Rabbit, Journeyman, Assembly

In the few years since joining Scovan, Cody Rabbit has shown exceptional initiative by pursuing a second trade as a pipefitter, aiming to become a dual-ticketed tradesman. This goal reflects his strong work ethic and dedication to expanding his skill set. Cody’s commitment to mastering multiple trades contributes to Scovan’s strength in delivering diverse and comprehensive solutions. His journey demonstrates the power of hard work, a core value that is deeply ingrained at Scovan. Cody inspires those around him to embrace challenges and pursue excellence within the company. 




Dolora Kollcaku, CSSGB, CMS, RMCP, PSP, VP Corporate Services

Dolora specializes in optimizing the project lifecycle, covering stages from acquisition and feasibility studies to budget control and successful implementation. She has a grounded confidence that inspires trust. Without second-guessing or waiting for instructions, she moves with purpose and delivers with precision. Dolora deeply understands the nuances of her field and executes her work skillfully.
