Scovan is pleased to welcome Juanita Hinestroza to the team in a Business Development role.
Juanita brings a strong background in hospitality, operations, customer service, and business management. Through her experience in fast-paced environments, she has developed key strengths in relationship-building, coordination, organization, and supporting both day-to-day operations and longer-term business objectives.
She is currently completing her Bachelor of Business Administration at Mount Royal University, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Her academic experience has helped build a solid foundation in business strategy, communication, and growth-oriented thinking — skills she brings into her new role.
At Scovan, Juanita supports client development and relationships across the commercial team. She works closely with the team to support ongoing initiatives, maintain alignment across priorities, and ensure a high level of client responsiveness. Juanita’s priority is in helping to build positive relationships and support a clear, consistent, and professional client experience.
Known for being adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn, Juanita is a strong addition to the team. She brings a positive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to contribute wherever needed to support team success.
