On January 27th, the Scovan Group announced the acquisition of the carbon capture and solvent reclamation assets and employees of Delta CleanTech Inc. (Delta CleanTech), a publicly traded Canadian company (CSE:DELT, FRA: 66C), specializing in carbon capture solutions.
