Scovan is delighted to announce that Brent Douziech will be joining the organization as Chief Operating Officer, effective December 11, 2023. Brent will be responsible for overall operations of Scovan and will report directly to the President, Donovan Nielsen.
Brent is a senior operations executive with 25+ years of experience driving profitability, growth, and value creation across high-tech, power, oil and gas, and clean-tech industries. Brent has previously held executive accountability to scale businesses up to $1B in P&L, and workforces of up to 1,000+ personnel. Brent’s strengths in strategic planning and organizational development have been instrumental in successfully aligning high performing teams and delivering scalable and sustainable growth. Brent has held senior executive positions with TELUS, SNC-Lavalin, DPH Engineering | WSP Canada, he holds an Economics degree from the University of Calgary and is currently continuing his education at Queen’s University within the faculty of Law.
