Scovan is thrilled to announce the elevation of Martin San Jose to the role of VP, People & Culture. This new role was created to underscore Scovan’s commitment to our diverse and growing team, along with recognition of Martin’s contributions to the organization over the past 12 years. Martin began his career with Scovan in the Mechanical Design Drafting Team, and proved himself as a technical subject matter expert, but also expanded his role to assume more project management and coordination within the discipline. With time and proven capacity, he progressed into the Manager of the department. With this willingness to lead, coach and play within the team, it also became clear there was a unique talent worth developing. With successes in his position, there was the opportunity to elevate Martin to the Director of HR. In that role, he had successes in furthering the development of performance management, leadership development, and the polices and processes that facilitated our progress as an industry leader.
