This evolution reflects Scovan’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in the energy and industrial sectors. By better aligning our teams with leaders who are committed to our clients, we are positioned to define projects more effectively from the outset, make meaningful progress from day one, and confidently measure and report on performance.
Leadership Appointments:
- Dolora Kollcaku – Vice President, Corporate Services
Dolora steps into a newly defined role where she will lead all corporate services functions, including project controls, finance, IT, legal, supply chain and administration, ensuring internal alignment and operational excellence in support of client success. Dolora brings 16+ years of experience driving performance, execution, and operational alignment across energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, and telecommunications sectors. Her experience spans North America and Europe, bringing a global perspective to business transformation and project delivery. - Martin San Jose – Vice President, People and Culture
Martin continues to lead our Human Resources department, ensuring Scovan remains a people-first organization committed to building and sustaining a strong, values-driven culture. Martin is a key leader who has helped to shape our organization since 2012. - Oliver Kohlhammer – Vice President, Commercial
With the integration of Innovation, Business Development and Marketing into one unified function, Oliver leads all commercial activities. He will now serve as the primary point of contact for any new projects, strategic partnerships, and prospective clients, supporting our long-term growth and delivery of value to the market. Oliver has been involved or led many of our significant client projects, having worked with Scovan since 2012. He has held noteworthy roles such as VP, Projects & Products most recently, and Director of Projects previously, as well as been instrumental in development of our PadX product. - Jane Cavanagh – Vice President, Projects and Operations
With Projects now integrated into Operations, Jane oversees the full delivery lifecycle. Her leadership ensures strong project definition, rapid mobilization, and disciplined execution—backed by clear accountability, measurable progress, and consistent results. A true innovator in the energy sector and an established operations leader, Jane has been a staple of the Scovan team since 2021. Previously holding our VP, Innovations and VP, Technology & Operations roles along with decades experience in energy industry facilities, product innovation, project development, engineering, fabrication, and project execution.
